Apex Fleet Consulting is an independent fleet maintenance management consulting firm serving mid-sized commercial fleets across logistics, delivery, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, and transportation sectors. We work exclusively with fleet operators managing 50 to 500 vehicles who are spending too much on maintenance, dealing with unpredictable downtime, or operating without the vendor oversight and data visibility to make confident fleet decisions. Our fleet maintenance management approach is built on one core principle — every recommendation we make is grounded in your operational reality, not theoretical best practice. We come from the industry. We have managed fleets, built mobile maintenance programs from scratch, negotiated vendor agreements, and implemented fleet technology in live operational environments.

Brooke Benkert founded Apex Fleet Consulting after 15 years of fleet maintenance management experience — managing assets, leading technician teams, building vendor networks, and solving the exact problems that drive maintenance costs out of control.
Her background spans large-scale utility fleets, national mobile maintenance programs, and high-volume last mile logistics operations — including direct management of fleets exceeding 2,500 assets. She has built mobile maintenance programs from the ground up, implemented fleet management technology solutions across telematics and maintenance platforms, and led process improvement initiatives that made complex operations predictable, scalable, and cost-effective.
